Early collaboration resulted in a better journey to a better product.
The ISEC marketing team set the stage for a trusted relationship from the very start of the project. Partnering with many key stakeholders can often be challenging, with too many cooks in the proverbial kitchen. However, this was not the case with ISEC. Their passion to do things right, within scope and on time was a constant priority for their team. They did the internal legwork of working with their internal departments and distilling group feedback into actionable strategies. This allowed us to have rewarding discussions on ways to solve every challenge, from overall design to page-level goals. Collaborative refinements were made over the course of the project. This ultimately shaped the CMS build, which provided the ISEC team with greater content flexibility and rich layout options.
