We were asked to "redesign" the existing user interface for Systema's industry leading property and casualty claims administration software product (SIMS Claims™). What we ended up doing was re-imagining the entire user experience and delivering a product that was instrumental in closing new sales, creating new biz dev opportunities, streamlining workflows, increasing user productivity/efficiencies, and increasing customer satisfaction/retention.
